The practical part.
Getting there
AlUla International Airport (ULH) has direct flights from Riyadh, Jeddah and Dubai. Tell us your flight when you book and we meet you. Arrival day is Thursday 10 December for Group One and the Full Escape, and Tuesday 15 December for Group Two. Departure is the morning of your last day; the airport run is included.
Where you stay
Husaak Centre AlUla, a working date farm on the edge of the old oasis. Forty glamping units under the palms, each shared by two, with proper beds. Community bathrooms, a pool and plenty of space to sit and do nothing. Five minutes from Five Senses Sanctuary by foot.
What to bring
Layers: Hegra at dawn is cold and the fire at night is colder. Comfortable clothes to practise in. A swimsuit is not needed for the sound baths; loose clothing you do not mind getting slightly damp is. Mats, blocks, cushions and blankets are provided at every venue.
Dates and times
Programme days are 11 to 19 December. Sunrise practice starts at 07:00 at the Sanctuary and 06:45 at Hegra, with the shuttle leaving Husaak at 05:45 on those mornings. The evening social ends at 22:00, 22:30 on the last night.
Booking and payment
Packages are booked on this site and paid by card through Stripe, in Saudi riyals. Your participation waiver is accepted on the booking form. Once paid, you are given access to the COREUNITY AlUla Escape community on the CORE DIRECTION app, where you reserve your sessions. Single sessions for non-residents are bought on the app directly. Early bird prices hold until 31 October 2026.
Terms and cancellation
A full refund is credited to your account if the escape does not go ahead. Cancellation terms for bookings you make and later cancel are being finalised and will appear here before bookings open on 5 October 2026. Prices are per person, sharing a unit for two, and are shown in Saudi riyals.
Privacy
The details you give us at booking go to the CORE DIRECTION team delivering the escape and to nobody else. Health notes are held by the coordinator and the lead facilitator only. Card details go to Stripe and never touch this site. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to the address below.
